Terms of sale
How buying a template on this website works: price, payment, delivery, withdrawal, refunds and support.
Last updated
These terms apply to every purchase of a website template made on collabas.com. They are version 2026-10-09, and you accept them, together with the template licence, by ticking the box provided before you pay. Your use of the rest of the website is covered by the terms of use.
Who you are buying from
The templates are designed, supplied and licensed by Collabas, a French société par actions simplifiée (SAS) with a share capital of €1,000, registered office 24 Résidence le Trimaran, 11370 Leucate, France, registered as RCS Narbonne 948 658 190, VAT number FR14948658190. You can reach us at contact@collabas.com.
Payment is handled by Stripe through its Managed Payments service, in which Link, a Stripe service, acts as the merchant of record. That means Link takes your payment, charges any VAT or sales tax that applies where you live and pays it to the tax authorities, and sends you the receipt and the invoice for the purchase. Your card statement shows the payment as made to Link. Link’s own terms apply to the payment itself; these terms cover the template, its delivery and its licence, which come from us.
What you are buying
The templates currently sold here are Automately and Movva. Each is a website template built in Webflow, delivered into your own Webflow workspace, with a single-use licence to build one website from it. The page of each template describes what it includes — its pages, sections and CMS collections — and that description forms part of the sale.
To use a template you need a Webflow account, which is free to create. Publishing the finished website on your own domain requires a Webflow site plan, bought from Webflow under Webflow’s terms. It is not part of this sale, and we are not affiliated with Webflow.
Customising the template for you, or building content into it, is not included. It is a separate service we offer on its own terms.
Price
The price is the one shown at checkout, in euros, and it includes any VAT or sales tax due where you live: Link works out the tax from your billing address and accounts for it out of that price. Stripe may show the price converted into your own currency; the amount shown on the payment page, before you confirm, is the amount you are charged.
How an order is placed
- On the template’s checkout page you enter the email address the template should be delivered to, and tick the two boxes described below.
- You are taken to a payment page operated by Stripe, where you give your name, billing address and payment details, see the total including any tax, and confirm the payment.
- Once the payment is confirmed, the contract is formed and you receive our confirmation email, followed by Link’s receipt and invoice.
Until you confirm the payment on Stripe’s page you can leave at any point without being charged.
Delivery
The template is delivered by email, to the address you gave, as soon as the payment is confirmed — normally within a few minutes. The email contains a link that installs the template into your Webflow workspace, and a link to your order page, which always holds the current install link.
Some templates are delivered by hand instead: the checkout page says so before you pay. For those, we transfer a copy of the template into your Webflow workspace within one business day of the payment. We send it to the Webflow account that uses the email address you gave, unless you tell us another; a free Webflow account is enough to receive it.
If you have not received your template within those times, please check your spam folder and then write to us.
Your right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer, you would normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a contract made online. The law makes an exception for digital content supplied without a physical medium, where supply begins before those fourteen days end (Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code). For that exception to apply, three things must be true, and our checkout is built so that they are:
- you have expressly asked for the template to be delivered before the withdrawal period ends;
- you have expressly acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once it is delivered; and
- we have confirmed both of these to you on a durable medium — our confirmation email does.
Both statements are separate boxes at checkout, neither is ticked in advance, and the order cannot be placed without them. Once the template has been delivered, the purchase can therefore no longer be withdrawn from.
If something is wrong with the template
A template must match its description and work as described. If you buy as a consumer, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (Articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code), and if a lack of conformity appears, you can ask us to bring the template into conformity, or, where that is impossible or not done within a reasonable time, for a reduction in price or a refund.
Whether or not you buy as a consumer, please write to contact@collabas.com first: most problems are a question about Webflow and are quicker to solve than to refund.
Refunds and payment disputes
Refunds are made to the payment method you used, through Link. You can ask us for one, and you can also contact Link’s support, which handles questions about the payment itself.
When a purchase is refunded in full, or the payment is disputed with your bank, the licence ends: the install link stops working, and you must stop using the template and take down any website built from it.
Support
We answer questions about installing and using the template by email. Support covers the template as we supplied it; it does not extend to changes you or someone else have made to it, or to Webflow itself.
Responsibility
We are responsible for supplying the template as described. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss — such as loss of profit, of business or of data — and our total liability for a purchase is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, nor any right you have as a consumer that the law does not let a contract take away.
Personal data
What we do with the details you give at checkout is set out in our privacy policy.
Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If a disagreement arises, please write to us first and we will try to resolve it with you.
If you buy as a consumer, have written to us about the problem and are not satisfied with our answer, you may refer the dispute free of charge to the consumer mediator we have joined: CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France — online at cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php, by email at litiges@cm2c.net or by telephone on +33 1 89 47 00 14. Quote our SIREN, 948 658 190.
Failing an amicable solution, the dispute will be brought before the competent French courts. If you buy as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, nor of your right to bring proceedings there.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one you accepted at checkout, whose version date is recorded on your order and repeated in your confirmation email.
