Cookie policy

This site uses one non-essential tracker: Google Analytics, which measures how the site is used. It runs only if you accept it — nothing is loaded from Google, and no analytics cookie is written, before you have said yes. Everything else stored on your device is strictly necessary to make the enquiry form work.

The site behaves exactly the same whether you accept or refuse. Nothing is withheld, and nothing is measured in the background if you say no.

Analytics — only with your consent

If you accept, Google Analytics writes two cookies on this domain and uses them to recognise the same browser between pages and between visits, so that a return visit is not counted as a new person.

_ga: Distinguishes one browser from another. Set by Google Analytics. Expires after 13 months.
_ga_<property>: Keeps the state of the current visit for the specific Analytics property this site reports to. Set by Google Analytics. Expires after 13 months.

Both are set to expire after 13 months rather than at Google’s two-year default, which is the ceiling the CNIL considers appropriate for measuring an audience over time. They are not silently renewed for another 13 months every time you come back.

What Google Analytics records — pages viewed, roughly where you are, which device and browser you use, and how you arrived — is described in our privacy policy, along with who processes it and where.

Storage that works without asking

Three things are stored whether or not you accept analytics, because without them the site cannot do what you have asked it to. None of them tracks you, none is shared with anyone, and none follows you to another website.

collabas:enquiry:flow: Remembers which step of the enquiry you have reached, and the reference of the enquiry you have already sent, so that reloading the page does not start it again or create a second enquiry. Held in session storage and erased when you close the tab.
collabas:enquiry:brief: Holds the answers you have typed into the guided brief but not yet sent, so an accidental reload does not lose them. Held in session storage and erased when you close the tab.
collabas:consent:analytics: Remembers your answer to the analytics question — yes or no, equally — so you are not asked again on every page. Held in local storage for six months, after which we ask once more.

None of these is a cookie: they stay in your browser and are never attached to a request or sent to us. Storage of this kind is strictly necessary to provide a service you expressly asked for, which is why it does not require your consent — and why the banner asks about analytics and nothing else. Bundling storage we need anyway into a consent request would be asking permission we do not need.

Changing your mind

Choose Manage cookies in the footer of any page. The same two buttons come back, and the new answer replaces the old one immediately: accepting starts analytics on the next page, refusing stops it at once and clears the analytics cookies already on your device.

Refusing is exactly as easy as accepting — one button, in the same place, the same size, on the first screen. If you do nothing, that counts as a refusal and analytics does not run.

Your browser can also inspect and clear everything a site has stored, and block storage entirely, from its privacy or site-data settings. Blocking storage does not lock you out of this site; the enquiry form simply loses its place if you reload the page mid-way.

What this site does not use

No advertising or retargeting. No advertising network, no conversion pixel, no social media tracker, no remarketing tag. The analytics above is not connected to any advertising product.
No session recording or heatmaps. Nothing records what you click, scroll or type.
No third-party embeds. Videos and imagery are served from this site, not from an embedded player.
No third-party fonts. The typefaces are delivered from this website itself, so displaying a page makes no request to a font provider.
