These terms govern your use of collabas.com, the website of COLLABAS Studio. The site is published by Collabas, a French société par actions simplifiée (SAS), whose full details are set out in the legal notice. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What this website is

This is the studio’s own website. It describes who we are, the services we offer, the Webflow templates we have designed and the work we have done, and it lets you send us a project enquiry.

Everything published here is provided for information. We take care to keep it accurate and current, but descriptions of services, templates and past work are summaries rather than specifications, and they may change without notice.

Nothing here forms a contract

Browsing this website, or sending us an enquiry through it, does not create a services contract and does not oblige either of us to anything. We may decline an enquiry, and you are free to take yours elsewhere.

If we work together, the work is governed by the proposal, statement of work, quotation or contract we agree in writing for that project. Those documents prevail over anything written here.

Prices shown on this website — including the “from” figures on the services cards and the prices shown for templates — are indications given for information. They are not binding offers, and no quotation exists until we send you one for a defined scope.

You cannot buy anything here

This website takes no payment. There is no checkout, no account, no subscription and no booking. Where one of our templates is available for sale, the sale is concluded on the third-party platform that hosts the listing, under that platform’s own terms and conditions, and we are not a party to it.

Using the website

You may read this site, and share links to it, for your own information or for your organisation’s. In doing so, please do not:

• copy, republish or redistribute its content, design or code, in whole or in substantial part, without our written permission;
• extract content systematically or automatically, beyond the ordinary crawling that search engines perform;
• attempt to gain access to any part of the site, its servers or its data that has not been made public;
• disrupt the site or attempt to overload it, or circumvent the limits placed on the enquiry form;
• use the enquiry form for unsolicited advertising, or to send anything unlawful, malicious or deliberately misleading.

What you send us

You can send us a project description, answers to our guided brief and, if you want to, supporting documents. Please send only material you are entitled to share. In particular, do not send confidential information belonging to someone else, personal data about other people that you have no basis to share, or sensitive personal data of any kind.

We check the type and the size of uploaded files, but that is a technical safeguard and not a review of their content: what you upload remains your responsibility. How we handle what you send is described in our privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The site as a whole, and its text, layout, design, graphics, imagery, template designs and source code, are protected by intellectual property law and belong to Collabas or to the people and companies who licensed them to us. Using the site gives you no licence over any of it beyond reading the pages in a browser.

Names, logos and trademarks belonging to other companies — including those of our clients and of the platforms we build on — remain the property of their respective owners and appear here only to identify them.

Links to other websites

This site links to websites we do not operate. Those links are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement. We have no control over the content, availability or privacy practices of a site we do not run, and we are not responsible for them. Once you follow such a link, that site’s own terms apply.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the site available and its content accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and maintenance, technical failures or events outside our control may make it unavailable. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

Content on this site is general information about our work. It is not professional advice for your specific situation, and decisions you take on the basis of it are yours. To the extent French law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from the use of this website — such as loss of profit, of business or of data.
